Which is more important for Business & Personal Growth?
Strategy or Tactics??
Actually both are equally important!!!
A strategy is defined as a general plan to achieve one or more long-term or overall goals under conditions of uncertainty whereas Tactics are the specific actions or steps you undertake to accomplish your strategy.
In short, Strategy is "What" & the Tactic is "How" for the plan for your business or personal growth.
There are many people who are great strategists & can plan a very good strategy. But fail to implement it because of lack in the execution of tactics.
And at the same time, there are people who execute a lot of tactics without any strategy and in the end, fail miserably.
