MY STORY
Hii I am Mayank. A Sales and Marketing guy.
Ever since childhood, I was lean towards business. I use to always think, what is business? How it is run? the complex operations & Analysis it requires, the online (Digital Marketing) and offline marketing, the sales and many more.
In my second semester of engineering in Vellore Institute of Technology, I got into E-Cell, Vit as a Core committee member and in a short span of time, I was made the Manager of Start-up-Hunt and Joint Secretary of E-cell Vit, where my work was to hunt down the budding start-ups in our institute and provide them all the facilities and incubation to grow into a fully-furnished business. Later I became the Chief-Operating Officer of E-cell Vit. During my journey with E-Cell, I conducted may events like Entrepreneurship Awareness Camps, Futurepreneurs 2.0, Startup expo 1.0, Hackertech, and E-Summit 2018. It was during my college that I worked with various start-ups in different roles. For some, I used to be Marketing guy whose work was to generate leads and convert them into sales, for other I use to be Business Consultant whose work was to do business analysis and do operations and for rest I was a digital marketer whose work was to create their company’s brand.
I officially started my career as Business Analyst Trainee in 2019 at iD4 Realms and was later promoted to Business Development Executive where I worked for 2 years. Currently, I am working as Enterprise Sales Manager at OneDirect - CX Management Firm which is India's largest company in the Customer Experience Management (CEM) space backed by Sequoia Capital.
